We could list all the restaurants in Cary. But, instead, we’d rather focus on our favorite local establishments – restaurants, stores and businesses of all sorts. We call it GoLocal. You’ll see a lot more posts coming up about local merchants who deserve your support.
Our first Go Local feature is about Goodberry’s. If you’re a newcomer (or have been living under a rock), Goodberry’s is a home grown frozen custard chain. It has eight locations in the Triangle. Two are in Cary (one at Davis & High House, the other on Kildare Farm Rd. near Wrenn Drive).
What’s so great about Goodberry’s?
A summer evening has got to be the best time to enjoy Goodberry’s. It’s great to sit outside and watch the sunset while your kids try to lick around the cone before it drips on their hands. Heaven.
What’s your favorite Go Local place in town?

Yep this is a good one. The true sign is all of the Cary-ites that bring out of town guests there.

one of my first experiences in Cary was when our realtor gave us some gift cards to Goodberry’s while we were just getting to know the area. Very smart woman that Gina Miller!
