More info on the horse sculpture:

The horse sculpture at High House and Davis was commissioned from artist Michael Stutz by architect and developer Bill Sears.

The horse sculpture is a tribute to Ghostbuster, a beloved Sears Farm horse that entertained community children long ago and is commemorated in the SearStone logo.
