As other malls grabbed new unique brands, CTC did nothing and it shows. I can see it failing within the decade. I personally would love to see them "de-mall" the site and build something mixed-use like North Hills, or better yet Rockville Town Square in Rockville, MD to fit the demographics of Cary. Most seemed to be there for the TVs. A toy my daughter wanted was 1/2 price so I woke up early to pick it up for her.
