Cary, NC -The Tri-9 conference held their Varsity Cheer competition this past Thursday at Holly Springs High school and two Cary schools finished in the top 3 spots – Green Hope came in second place and Panther Creek finished third. Middle Creek took first place, which has been theirs to defend for several years running.

All the area cheer squads (including middle schools) will be competing again at the Wake County Cheer Competition February 13th at S.E. Raleigh High School. Maybe a Cary school will knock Middle Creek off their podium this year!
