Cary, NC – Please help CaryCitizen reader Nancy Hughes Miller reconnect a lost dog with her owner. Details:

  • Female
  • Black with white markings, Blue eyes
  • Weight -  around 45 lbs.
  • Brown and pink collar

Nancy wrote us the following description of the circumstances:

Just found this sweet dog wandering in Wessex in Cary on Tynemouth between Bathgate and Midenhall with no tag! I have her in my home. Found her around 12:30 Friday 1/8/10. I think I have seen her on the Black Creek greenway walking with a woman?

If you know who owns this dog, please contact Nancy.

Editor’s Note: Dog reunited with her owner late Friday. Thanks for the help, peeps!

Thank you for publishing this Hal! I almost hit this dog this morning when she ran out in front of my car. So glad Nancy is keeping her safe and warm until the owner can be located.

If you need a no kill shelter we have one in Clayton.
I found a big black lab and they kept him until he found a home.
    Thanks for taking her in.
