		<description>The people who ask &quot;Do we need it?&quot; should hear the list of local groups lining up to use it in addition to all the arts classes for Cary citizens mentioned in the article.  Within a year of it opening, this thing will likely be in almost continuous use.  No longer will Cary be the largest town/city in North Carolina without an indoor performing arts venue.

And, the advantage of building it now is it is going to cost less than when first planned due to current lower costs for contractors, building supplies, etc.</description>
