Cary, NC -Producing the first Cary Scavenger Hunt was a labor of love for us at CaryCitizen.  During our first year of publishing, we have been thrilled to meet leaders in this community face-to-face, interview local legends, and find out what is really important to Cary families.

The purpose of the Cary Scavenger Hunt was to celebrate Koka Booth Amphitheatre’s 10th season.  We also wanted to showcase our fair town and help bring to light all the art, services and facilities that make Cary so wonderful. For us, it was great fun to see so many of you come out and join us for this event.

We also had the pleasure of donating a portion of the proceeds to the Cary Community Foundation in support of past and future cultural arts programs in Cary.  For everyone who entered and helped with the Scavenger Hunt, thank you!

The Cary Community Foundation was created by citizens interested in making the Town of Cary a  better place to live.  The Foundation is a non-profit organization which receives, holds, invests and distributes assets contributed by individuals and organizations for the benefit of Cary and all its citizens.
