Cary, NC — Four new tenants will be opening up at Waverly Place including Taco Mac Sports Grill, Color Me Mine, Violets and VOM FASS

RP Realty Partners has announced a recent signing of four new leases totaling over 12,000 square feet at Waverly Place.

“It has always been important to us to bring in tenants that will add something fresh and new to Cary and these new tenants will be a perfect fit for the Waverly family. The interest in the center has been tremendous and we are so grateful for such a strong variety of tenants that make Waverly successful,” says Jenn Olevitch, Director of Leasing for RP Realty Partners.

New Restaurant

T.Mac  has become one the Southeast’s most beloved places for people to come together to share what they love: food, beer, sports and good times with friends, family and fellow fans. The restaurant says it will offer “a menu of All-American grill favorites, the largest selection of craft beer on draft and the best sports watching environment anywhere.”

Paint-it Yourself Ceramics

Color Me Mine is the leader in the paint-it-yourself ceramics industry with 146 studios franchised throughout the world. The store is great for birthday parties, classes, summer camp,scouts, or a great way to spend an afternoon with family and friends. The paint-it-yourself ceramics studio offers over 400 items to paint, a Design Center featuring 22,000 images and more than sixty colors. “Color Me Mine is delighted to open in Cary at Waverly Place. It is a perfect community and venue of shopping, dining and entertainment for our first studio in North Carolina,” says Bruce Westenfelder, VP Franchise Development, Color Me Mine Enterprises.

Contemporary Boutique Indy Clothier

Violets, a contemporary boutique owned by Hannah Ellis will open in April. As a long- time Cary resident, Ellis promises to offer a new and fresh approach to shopping in Cary at Violets. The store will carry hard to find brands of women’s clothing, jewelry, accessories, gifts, art and apothecary. A sampling of lines that Violets will carry include: Free People, Wildfox, Raleigh Denim, Nation, Ltd, Chan Luu, Deborah Lippman and Tokyomilk.

Gourmet Food

VOM FASS, one of the fastest growing gourmet foods franchises, will showcase exquisite oils, vinegars and spices from carefully selected artisans producing the best in the world. All of VOM FASS’ products are displayed in casks and amphorae and visitors are invited to look, taste and enjoy all of their products before they buy.

Their store opened on Sunday, January 19th and they are located next to Elegant Stitches and Whisk Quality Kitchenware.

What About CineBistro?

The much awaited opening of CineBistro is slated for the Fall of 2014. This upscale dining/ theater experience is eagerly awaited on this end of town, where the closest movie theater is currently Crossroads. More than just a movie theater, the menu is extensive. Instead of popcorn , expect popcorn shrimp. Other items in the Richmond menu include Yellowfin Tuna Tacos, Spiced Lambchops, Bar B Q Rib stack and Shrimp & Grits…Have a gourmet dessert and a cocktail to go along with your flick. Sounds Oscar worthy! CineBistro’s other locations include Atlanta, Miami, Hampton, Richmond, Tampa and Vail.
