Cary, NC —  VocalMotion, the show choir sponsored by SAS, once again brings their energy and enthusiasm to the stage as they present their 22nd annual show, “Can’t Stop the Music! “Like a speeding train, the singers and dancers take you on a musical journey that includes the ragtime beat of “Mississippi Mud,” the bluesy sound of “Kansas City,” and even a stopover at “Moon River.”

And of course, the excursion on the “Long Train Runnin’” wouldn’t be complete without visiting the pop rhythms of “ABC,” “Footloose,” and many other favorites in a fun-filled performance that will leave you with delightful memories of the adventure.

Show is Free, Donations Accepted

Admission to the show is free, but the audience is invited to make a donation to Shepherd’s Table Soup Kitchen, a nonprofit organization in downtown Raleigh that serves a free lunch meal every weekday to anyone who walks through their doors – no questions asked.

Shepherd’s Table relies on 125 volunteers to help prepare, serve and clean up after meals, serving more than 300 lunch meals a day. The successful operation of the soup kitchen continues solely through the donations of time and money from caring citizens, businesses and organizations like VocalMotion.

“The number of people we are serving has increased dramatically in the last year,” says Executive Director Tamara Gregory. “Our numbers keep increasing, as food and financial donations have decreased due to a tough economy.”

Make plans now to support the community while enjoying great entertainment – because you Can’t Stop the Music.
