Cary, NC — Summer is just around the corner, and that means days by the pool, barefoot nights in the backyard and grilling out with friends at the end of the workday.
Seven Grilling Recipes for Summer
Okay, I’ll be honest, I haven’t grilled a day in my life–but I do enjoy kicking back with a glass of wine, enjoying the smell of burning charcoal, while someone else does the grilling for us.
And, even though I haven’t grilled myself, many CaryCitizen staff members and contributors have, and their recipes looked so creative that I had to share them with you. You won’t find any boring recipes here–so go ahead and spice up your summer cookout!
While you can grill veggies (or even fruit), meat seems to be the grilling go-to. Whether you’re craving chicken, fish, lamb or pork, these recipes have got you covered.
