CaryCitizen was founded by Hal Goodtree, Lindsey Chester, Leslie Huffman and Matt Young in July of 2009. We passed our first 100,000 page views in March of 2010 and our first million in December of 2011.
We’re the winners of a 2011 Knight Foundation Fellowship, are listed in the Columbia Journalism Review New Frontier Database and are accredited by the NHL, NFL, MLB and USSF.
