There is a lot of excitement about the development renaissance taking place in Downtown Cary. Sometimes it overshadows the growth taking place out west where thousands of homes and apartments are being built. This report is all about the real estate boom in Western Cary, or as we affectionately call it, “The Wild West.”
The rapid growth in Western Cary over the last twenty years has prompted the town to partner with CaryCitizen on a unique event, Fest in the West, which will take place on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Thomas Brooks Park.
Who loves cheesecake? We do, and our good friend Jane made this one for a St Patrick’s Day dinner, but really it’s great for Spring or Summer. The fresh zing of lime coupled with creamy cheesecake is a great combination. And being Italian and from New York, we just know she knows her way around a good cheesecake recipe. This one won’t disappoint and she swears it’s easy to make.
Fest in the West returns to USA Baseball on Saturday, May 4, 2019 from 11 AM to 5 PM with a unique mix of contests, live music, local craft brews and Triangle artisans and food trucks. New this year are two additional performance areas: the Welcome Stage and The Children’s Stage.
